- PVC Resin:
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Resin is one of the common raw-material used for plastic products. The most common grade is Suspension grade which is used for the production of Pipes, Sheets, Cables, Film, Bottle, etc based on their K Values. We supply PVC Resin in following K Values.
- K 55-59 – For Rigid Pipes / Bottles / Pipe fittings, etc :: PVC-resin is made with suspen-iltion polymerization. It is one of the most widely used raw material to manufacture plastic. PVC is shock resistant so can be used to make hard PVC products. It can offer good solubility, good electrical insulation, thermo-plasticity and membrane forming capability. It offer good chemical stability, resist corrosion and water. Use of PVC resin depends upon different suspension grades. PVC resins are mostly based on Ethylene base and Carbon based. Suspension Grade 5 is also known as SG5 or S1000, which can be available in 67 k value. It is mainly used for making pipes, sheets and window profile.
- HDPE:: High-density polyethylene: is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum.
HDPE has little branching, giving it stronger intermolecular forces and tensile strength than lower-density polyethylene. The difference in strength exceeds the difference in density, giving HDPE a higher specific strength.
HDPE is resistant to many different solvents and has a wide variety of applications, including Bottles, Telecom Ducts, Containers, Plastic Lumber, Folding Chairs, Plastic Bags,Water Pipes.
